  • What are your prices?
    Please book online at www.turnovercleaningpros.com/book or call us to start the quote process. Once we received your request, we will then send you a formal quote via email and/or text. Once you approve the quote, we will then pick a day and time that work for you. As always if you have any questions, you can always contact us.
  • What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
    Yes, we bring all supplies that are needed. We can also use your supplies if you would like.
  • How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
    We accept all types of payment. Most customers pay online before the cleaning takes place. We also have customers who like to pay right after the cleaning. No matter what, we can help. We require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking. We will place a hold on this card as your cleaning day approaches. You will only be charged after the cleaning is completed.
  • Are you insured and bonded?

  • Hoarding and Hazardous Condition Policy
    We welcome hoarding cleanings but we require them to be booked as an hourly service. We charge $50 per hour per cleaner for however long it takes the cleaners to complete the cleaning. If your property is deemed a hazardous cleaning situation that goes over and above our normal cleaning environment that is covered by our cleaning packages, our cleaning teams have the right to walk away. Upon such a service, you will be charged a $50 booking fee due to holding your space in our schedule.
  • How many cleaners do you send?
    It depends on the size of your home and what kind of cleaning you need. We will send between 1 - 4 cleaners.
  • What areas do you service?

  • Can you use green cleaning supplies?
    Absolutely, we can provide eco friendly green cleaning supplies. Or if you prefer, we can use yours as well. Just let us know in the notes when you are booking.
  • Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
    Yes. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.
  • Do I need to be home the day of the cleaning?
    Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. If you won't be there, we just need a way to get in and our vetted maids will treat your home like their own. We can lock up and/or leave the key wherever you like.
  • Can I skip or reschedule and appointment?
    Sure, you will receive a confirmation email when you book, and within that email, there will be a link where you can change your booking at any time.
  • How will you enter my home or office on my scheduled days of cleaning?
    We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. 1. You may give us a key. 2. You can leave a key under the door mat on the day of cleaning. 3. You can give us the code to the garage. 4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.
  • What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
    Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 48 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds once the cleaners have started.
